Happy weekend, nerds! We’re excited to introduce you to Julie Vaid, an indie author of low/no spice fantasy adventure and the host of @behindthewriterpod!

Background on Julie:

Julie was born and raised in New York, where she started writing novels as a child. After graduating with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree, Julie moved to New Jersey to start her career as both a pharmacist and an author. Though Julie loves living by the shore, exploring new places is also a passion of hers, giving her inspiration for her writing. Her travels to Maui largely inspired the setting of her debut novel, “An Element of Darkness”.
